We hope you are just as obsessed with the product as much as we are! However, we understand things happen. Our return policy is noted below…

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer order cancellations or changes once the order is placed. Products returned must be unused, folded neatly in original packaging, safety liners / tags intact, and no signs of wear or wash. Please, no lotion, body oil, or makeup stains. Products must be in the original condition you received. We only offer returns for full swim sets (top and bottom). We reserve the right to refuse any products sent back to us that do not follow these guidelines.

How to make a return:

Step 2. Make sure to include your full name, order number, and email address inside the return package. Please send return packages using a tracked shipping method.

Step 3. Email us here with the order number and return tracking number.

Step 4. Once we receive the product, we will provide the customer with a refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the item. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 12 business days for the funds to be released. A shipping/processing fee of $8 will be subtracted from your refund.

While we generously covered the initial shipping cost on your order, the return fee helps offset those expenses incurred in processing your return. This fee also covers administrative processing, which includes updating inventory and issuing refunds once the suit is received.

Due to hygiene reasons and ensuring a positive experience for future customers, we cannot resell returned items. However, we're committed to minimizing waste. Therefore, all returned suits are donate, giving them a second life.

We take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and securely. We partner with reputable carriers to deliver your packages. Once a package is marked as "delivered" according to the carrier's tracking information, we are unable to assume liability for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. To avoid delivery delays or lost packages, please double check your shipping information before placing your order.
