We hope you are just as obsessed with the product as much as we are! However, we understand things happen. Our return policy is noted below…
We have a 14-day return policy for store credit, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
SALE merchandise (any merchandise with a discounted price) is FINAL SALE, no exceptions. Final Sale orders are not eligible for return for store credit or return for exchange.
Any orders placed with a discount code are final sale, and are not eligible for store credit.
We do not offer order cancellations or changes once the order is placed.
Products returned must be unused, folded neatly in original packaging, safety liners / tags intact, and no signs of wear or wash. Please, no lotion, body oil, or makeup stains. Products must be in the original condition you received. We only offer returns for full swim sets (top and bottom). We reserve the right to refuse any products sent back to us that do not follow these guidelines.

Step 2. Make sure to include your full name, order number, and email address inside the return package. Please send return packages using a tracked shipping method.
Step 3. Email us here with the order number and return tracking number.
Step 4. Once we receive the product, we will provide the customer with store credit within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Due to hygiene reasons and ensuring a positive experience for future customers, we cannot resell returned items. However, we're committed to minimizing waste. Therefore, all returned suits are donate, giving them a second life.
